We know choosing a renter or house sitter can be a daunting task. What's so great about us?

• Dependable: We are both extremely organized and tidy, and pride ourselves on being honest and trustworthy. We have the utmost respect for others' belongings and privacy, and are more than willing to sign a house sitting contract.
  
  
• Experienced: As homeowners and renters ourselves, we know the value of responsible guests and how to take care of a home.
  
  
• Pets: Between the two of us, we have owned cats, dogs, fish, rabbits, lizards, turtles, birds, frogs, ants, hamsters, and gerbils. If you have pets that need looking after, we can do it!
  
  
• Plants: We always have house plants, and in Brooklyn we were members of our local community garden. We would love to nourish your little green things!
  
  
• Independent: Being self-employed, we can do our work from anywhere with internet access. We do not have children or pets of our own, we both have health insurance, and we own a car.
  
  
• Flexible: Having lived in urban, rural, and suburban environments, we are comfortable just about anywhere.
  
  
• Lifestyle: We are health-conscious non-smokers, and quiet neighbors.
  
  
• Motivated: Our goal is to find where we're happy and move there - so we might be your neighbors very soon!
